The Seiko Arakaki papers (1940s-2009) consists of newsletters from the 100th Infantry Battalion Veteran's Club. Seiko Arakaki served in the 100th Infantry Battalion, which was activated on 12 June 1942, and was composed of American-born Japanese ("Nisei," or second generation). The battalion saw combat in Italy at Salerno, Anzio, and Cassino in 1943-1944 before becoming part of the 442nd RCT.

Kayo Hayakawa (1922-) is a veteran of the United States Army who served in the 442nd Regimental Combat Team during World War II. This collection contains 4 black-and-white copy prints of Hayakawa's military service dating from 1943 to 1946.

The interviews with Japanese Americans in Utah (1984-1988) consists of transcripts of a series of interviews conducted with members of the Japanese community between 1984 and 1988. Common themes within the interviews are family life, work, religion, immigration experiences, discrimination, and relations with the Mormon establishment in Utah.

The Mitsugi M. Kasai papers (1918-2013) contain assorted documents related to Mr. Kasai's early life, his career in the United States Army and his participation in various Japanese-American organizations following his retirement.

John K. Kasubuchi (1921-2010) was a Japanese American veteran who served in the 442nd Regimental Combat Team during World War II before training at the Military Intelligence Service Language School and serving as a translator in Japan and in the Korean War. This colleciton contains copies of images and certificates related to Kasubuchi's military service dating from approximately 1943 to 1953.

Casey H. Kunimura was a Japanese American veteran who served in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam. This collection contains three color laser printed images of Casey Kunimura, taken in September 2010.

The Mike M. Masaoka photograph collection contains images collected by Mr. Masaoka resulting from his personal and professional life, his involvement with the Japanese American community and Japanese American issues, and his association with politicians and diplomats.

The Shigeru Matsukawa papers (1940s) contain material related to Matsukawa's service in the 442nd combat team during World War II. The collection includes material printed by the U. S. Army and news clippings.

The Shigeru Matsukawa digital photograph collection reflects Matsukawa's military service in southern Italy after the ending of the war. Photos include images of camp life, tourism and a celebration parade during the summer of 1945. The Shigeru Matsukawa collection contains digital scans only, originals were retained by the owner.

Tom Matsushita served in the United States Army, 442nd Regimental Combat Team, Company D during World War II. This collection contains digital images and copy prints of Matsushita's military service and a photograph of a 442nd Regimental Combat Team reunion in 2005.

Yuki "Uke" Minaga was a Japanese American veteran who served in World War II. This collection contains a photograph of Minagi and a fellow soldier, Nelson Akagi, taken in December 1944.
