Civilian Conservation Corps Camp of Vernal records
The Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) Camp of Vernal records (1937-1939) consist of reports, handbooks, manuals, pamphlets, essays, program outlines, and theses. The CCC (1933-1942) was part of United States President Franklin D. Roosevelt's New Deal and was engaged in nature conservation activities.

Ivard Ritchie Rogers photograph collection
Ivard Ritchie Rogers (1915-1988) served in World War II and was an outdoorsman and river runner. He worked for the Utah Bureau of Investigation, including 20 years service as director. This collection includes black-and-white and color slides depicting Rogers' military service and images of his friends and family. Also included are photos of Southern Utah and Utah national parks, river running, and the Green, Colorado, and Yampa rivers.
Saving the Legacy oral history audio recordings
The Saving the Legacy oral history audio recordings consists of interviews with World War II veterans living in Utah and the Intermountain Region about their experiences, early, and after war lives. The oral histories were taken by the American West Center, University of Utah. The collection was later expanded to include all war veterans.

Elbert Duncan Thomas speeches
The Elbert Duncan Thomas speeches (1935-1950) consist of five speeches given by Senator Thomas. Three concern his political philosophy, one is a Senate speech on the Civilian Conservation Corps, and the fifth was given at the unveiling of the Brigham Young statue created by Mahonri Young. Thomas was a Democratic senator from Utah.
