The Natalie C. McMurrin papers (1922-1995) contain correspondence, greeting cards, travel information, organization memberships, pamphlets, craft ideas, fashion, beauty and health magazine clippings, home and gardening tips, newsletters, and newspaper articles. Natalie McMurrin was born in American Falls, Idaho. She is the wife of Sterling M. McMurrin, former United States Commissioner of Education under the Kennedy administration.

The Joseph F. Merrill papers (1898-1952) contain articles, speeches, pamphlets, radio talk transcripts, class instruction texts and notes. Joseph F. Merrill (1868-1952) was an engineering professor at the University of Utah and later became an apostle in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church).

The Charles H. Monson papers (1924-1981) reflect the academic and teaching career of Charles H. Monson Jr. (1924-1974), a well-known authority on the subject of philosophy. Included are correspondence, day books, resumes, news articles, lecture notes and outlines, essays, reports, pamphlets, programs, and manuscripts for published writings, among other papers.

The Charles H. Monson photograph collection consists of portraits of Monson's immediate family including some group school portraits, and Monson's wedding picture. Also includes Monson's professional work with the University of Utah's PBS station, KUED and various awards or recognitions for his work in telecommunications.

The Harold Moore papers (1966-1973) consist of correspondence with writers in regards to the University of Utah's annual Writers' Conferences and other documents including announcements of the Writers' Conference (1966-1973). Moore was a professor of English at the University of Utah (1958-1992) and director of the University of Utah Writers' Conference.

The Harold Moore photograph collection consists of images of writers who attended the annual Writer's Conference and various other prominent authors.

The Khosrow Mostofi photograph collection contains photographs of Khosrow Mostofi receiving dipolma from University of Utah as well as other academic related experinces.

William Blaine Murdock (1902-1986) attended the University of Utah from 1919 to 1924, where he was one of the founders of the Sigma Nu fraternity and was elected President of Ute Days in 1924. The William Blaine Murdock photograph collection contains 10 black-and-white photographs of students whitewashing the U on Ute Days in 1924.

The Niels P. Neilson photograph collection pertain to sports medicine and physical education.

The Harry Nelson photograph collection contains family photographs dating back to the mid 1800s.

The William Wallace Newby papers (1930-1971) consist of personal and professional materials concerning William Newby (1902-1977), a professor of biology at the University of Utah from 1927-1971. Included are biographical information, obituary notices, an oral history transcript, numerous hand drawn and reproduced illustrations, and literature and correspondence pertaining to the Aztec Club, of which Newby was president from 1965-1966.

The Sylvia Eugenia Nilsen papers (circa 1920s-1975) consist of materials from Nilsen's schooling and memoranda, news clippings, and memorabilia from her career as a U.S. Department of State attorney.

The Matthew Frederick and Claire Wilcox Noall papers (1805-1970s) consist of the Noalls' personal and professional records, as well as records passed on to them by their ancestors.

Albert Ray Olpin served as President of the University of Utah from 1946 to 1964. This collection consists of images related to his activities as President of the University and personal materials such as art and family.

The Maydell Cazier Palmer autobiography recounts her experience growing up in Nephi, Utah; her family, education, mission, marriage and children; and life in western Canada and Pakistan. The autobiography contains comments on LDS Church leaders and doctrines, as well as on the position of women in the LDS Church.

The Helen Zeese Papanikolas papers (1954-2001) contain materials concerning the research and writing of this Utah historian and folklorist. Included are correspondence, research files, news clippings, oral history manuscripts, published and unpublished articles.

The John R. Park papers consist of school notebooks, written by Park, founder and first president of the University of Utah. They also contain scrapbooks, printed material and clippings.
