Abstract This collection contains transcripts of two interviews conducted in the 1970s and six transcripts of interviews and speeches given during the Conference on Indian Self-Rule, which took place in Sun Valley, Idaho, in August 1983. The conference was sponsored by the Institute of the American West. Abstract The Indian self-rule oral history audio recordings consists of audio from the 1983 Indian self-rule conference as well as interviews with Native Americans. This collection was previously part of the Ethnic archives oral history audio recordings collection (A0853).
