Abstract The Aubrey family papers (1884-1904) contains correspondence and newspaper clippings from the Aubrey family. Among the newspaper clippings is an official statement made in 1904 by Joseph F. Smith, President of the LDS Church, reaffirming the position of the LDS Church against plural marriage. The Aubrey family was from Fayette, Utah in Sanpete County.
