Abraham Hoagland Cannon journals [copies]
The Abraham Hoagland Cannon journals [copies](1879-1895) consist of nineteen volumes which outline details about LDS Church council meetings and his service as a apostle, political meetings, and other important issues. He recorded business ventures which included stationary and furniture stores, real estate, mining, banking, railroads, and sugar manufacturing. Polygamy is a major theme throughout his journals as well. No photocopies can be made.
Scott G. Kenney collection
The Scott G. Kenney collection (1820-1984) reflects the research interests of Scott G. Kenney during the 1970s and early 1980s for a projected biography of Joseph F. Smith (1838-1901). The collection consists of typescripts made by Kenney, as well as photocopies of diaries and letters. Scott G. Kenney (b. 1946) is a historical researcher, a writer, and a musician.

The Scott G. Kenney photograph collection contains three copy prints of Joseph F. Smith and associates, one copy photograph of a portrait of Orson Pratt and one copy photograph of Indians posed in front of the ZCMI building in Salt Lake City.
Franklin Richards Smith papers
This Franklin Richards Smith papers (1877-1938) consist of correspondence, papers, and photographs which document Smith's LDS mission to England, 1908-1911. Also included is correspondence of his parents, other relatives, and associates. Finally, the collection includes an assortment of printed materials such as newspaper clippings, booklets, and assorted souvenir items. The collection consists entirely of photocopies.
Joseph F. Smith family papers
The Joseph F. Smith family papers (1860-1944) contain correspondence, diaries, a letter book, and general materials pertaining to the life of Joseph F. Smith, his wives, and family. Smith was the sixth President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church). He was the last President of the Church to have personally known the founder of the LDS faith, the Prophet Joseph Smith, Jr., who was also his uncle.
