Robert H. Hinckley (1891-1988) was a Utah businessman, politician, and philanthropist. This collection contains photographs depicting Hinckley's political career in Franklin Delano Roosevelt's and Harry S. Truman's presidential administrations; portraits of Hinckley; and photographs related to Hinckley's business pursuits. It also contains black-and-white and color photographs of students at the Hinckley Institute of Politics at the University of Utah,which Robert Hinckley founded in 1965.
