Abstract The film The First Vampire is a narrative short produced by Randy Weiss and directed by Jason Todd Ipson while he was a student at the University of Southern California. The movide was flimed largely in Utah using local extras and equipment from Salt Lake City's Redman Movies and Stories. This collection is part of the Utah Independent Film Archive (UIFA).
