Abstract The Dorothy Smith MacFarlane papers (1900-1978) contain correspondence and miscellaneous materials related to MacFarlane's family and friends. A highly respected teacher, she was active in her community and was a member of organizations such as the Utah State Medical Auxiliary and Chapter V of the P.E.O. Sisterhood.
