The Lillian DeYoung papers (1988-2010) contain biographical information, clippings, and a commemorative plaque from DeYoung's fourty-four years of work in nursing research, service, and education. Lillian DeYoung received her Ph.D from the University of Utah, after which she moved to Akron, Ohio and served as dean and professor of nursing at the University of Akron School of Nursing.
