From the Series: The documents in this section (boxes 144-148) date from 1829 to 1926. They are similar to those in previous sections and are mainly arranged according to family member name. Wilford Woodruff's correspondence, diary extracts, and patriarchal blessing, as well as articles on his death, are located in box 144. Boxes 145-148 and microfilm reel 6 contain correspondence and genealogical materials regarding Wilford Woodruff's descendants. Included are materials relating to Wilford Woodruff, Jr., Emily Jane Smith Woodruff, and Asahel Hart Woodruff, among others.

Twenty-four hour advanced notice encouraged. Materials must be used on-site. Access to parts of this collection may be restricted under provisions of state or federal law.

Some original items have been removed and placed in Reserve. Access must be given by the Manuscripts Curator and by appointment. An archivist must remain with the items if being used. Photocopies are available in the collection for research use.
