Scope and Contents

This survey was done by Cambridge Survey Research to assess Jean Westwood's chances of obtaining the United States Senate seat in 1974. The people analyzed include Wayne Owens, Gunn McKay, Jake Garn, Don Holbrook, Dan Berman, George Romney, Vernon Romney, and Sherman Lloyd. It reaches several conclusions about the chances of success of the candidates, and also voting tendencies in Utah, especially those which differ from other parts of the country.
