Autobiographical. Born in Wallsburg, Wasatch County. Story of hard winter of 1879. Moved between Colorado and Utah to work and live. After marriage, wife ran a boardinghouse in Sagers. Thirteen children.

Lived in Vernal in old age. 11 pp.
