Autobiographical sketch, 1819-1887. Parents left Switzerland about 1860 but could go no further than New York because of Civil War. Arrived in Utah in 1861, settled in Santa Clara. Brief story of her life and ancestors. The second paper contains anecdotes about her husband's parents Jacob and Harriet Rundel Beacham. 6 pp.
