Scope and Contents

From the Collection: The LeConte Stewart papers (1880-1970s) hold materials collected or used by this noted Utah artist and University of Utah art teacher. News articles, booklets, artist biographies, pamphlets, news clippings, and publications are located in box 1. Stewart's notebooks, notes, drawings, and other teaching materials are in boxes 2-4. Boxes 5-6 hold print reproductions, and books on art and art techniques that contain notations made by Stewart are located in boxes 7-13.
