Scope and Contents
This folder contains a publication of Timpanogos Club, 1913-1928, which reviews the first sixteen years of the Club. This publication contains articles on the Club's beginings, its sixteen years of existence, its aims and ideals, Articles of Association, official register, program of lectures, roster of membership and a list of those who passed away between these dates. This folder also contains a talk, "The History of the Timpanogi," given by Harland Y. Hammond, in the Presidents Room of Hotel Utah, on 22 Februrary 1979. The talk deals with the history of the club and contains excerpts from the writings of Preston Nibley; it reminisces the events of the early days of the Club, and mentions topics such as the production of the Quadrennial, how the club was named, the constitution of the club, membership of the club, requirements of membership, lecutres given, and ladies night.
