This folder includes an ink drawing of a site plan (39.5 x 45.5 inches) for a Garden Subdivision Adjoining Chicago designed by Francis Barry Byrne & Frederick Thomas Bigger. The folder also includes ink drawings of a site plan (38.5 x 64 inches) and a bird's eye perspective (25 x 60 inches) for a Suggested Plan of Development for the Village of Bitter Root designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for the Bitter Root Valley Irrigation Company.

Box 1, folders 1-3 contain photocopied versions of the letters for access purposes. The original items have been removed and placed in Reserve. Access must be given by the Manuscripts Curator and by appointment. An archivist must remain with the items if being used.
