This folder includes blueprints of a perspective drawing of a Club House and a perspective drawing of a typical town cottage for a Suggested Plan of Development for the Village of Bitter Root designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for the Bitter Root Valley Irrigation Company.

The folder also includes a blueprint of a bird's eye perspective of the Horseshoe Inn in Estes Park, Colorado, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright (33.5 x 15.5 inches - blueprint, 37.5 x 15 inches - sketch with red stamp).

The folder also includes two blueprints of perspective drawings of he Avery Coonley Residence (41.25 x 12 inches), Riverside Illinois and the Edward and Mamah Cheney residence (32.25 x 16 inches), Oak Park, Illinois.

Twenty-four hour advanced notice encouraged. Materials must be used on-site. Access to parts of this collection may be restricted under provisions of state or federal law.

Box 1, folders 1-3 contain photocopied versions of the letters for access purposes. The original items have been removed and placed in Reserve. Access must be given by the Manuscripts Curator and by appointment. An archivist must remain with the items if being used.
