From the Series: William Palmer was the author of numerous articles on Native Americans in Southern Utah. Throughout his career, Palmer served as an advocate for the Paiute tribe. His responsibilities ranged from testifying before the United States Congress to hiring the Ernest L. Wilkinson firm to represent the Paiutes from the 1930s through the 1950s.
