Scope and Contents

A variety of newspaper columns and clippings from 1926-1933 are found in this scrapbook. It is mainly comprised of two columns by Oliver C. Dalby entitled "Studying Bible Characters" and "The Value of Religion." Bruce R. McConkie has a column called "Know Your Constitution." In it, he analyzes not only the constitution itself, but the history and future of the document. He also makes a couple religious insights about the constitution. Assistant Church Historian, Andrew Jenson has numerous articles in this scrapbook about LDS Church history. Many articles also discuss the work and travels of this historian. Other random articles are about temples, genealogy, and other LDS Church related topics. The remainder of the scrapbook is about Roosevelt family genealogy.
