Some of the businesses represented in this collection are Symns Utah Grocer Co., Salt Lake Hardware Co., John Scowcroft and Sons Co., and Cragun Bros., among others. Although further information on the McCammon Investment Company could not be found, it is likely that this company can be linked to the McCammmon family, of which the city of McCammon, Idaho, was named. Apparently, around 1890, J. H. McCammon secured right-of-way from the Bannock Indians for railroad construction. A city was named for him as a result.
