From the Sub-Series: Box 108 contains miscellaneous membership ledgers, account books, cash ledgers, receipt books, and other records which are not identified in the book itself, and were not identified when the records were received from the Utah Labor Temple. At this late date, unfortunately, there is no way to associate these records with any one individual union or organization. Book 1 was identified as this register went to press and moved to its proper location. Books 2, 3, and 4 appear to be related, as they are in the same type of ledger book and the same handwriting.

Conditions Governing Access

Twenty-four hour advanced notice encouraged. Materials must be used on-site. Access to parts of this collection may be restricted under provisions of state or federal law.

The original items in box 47, folder 13 and box 50 have been removed and placed in Reserve. Access must be given by the Manuscripts Curator and by appointment. An archivist must remain with the items if being used.
