From the Collection: The photographs in this collection were donated to the Library by Dr. Jonas in May of 1976, along with papers which can be found in the Manuscripts Division under Manuscript Register MS 641. Additional materials were donated by Mrs. Jonas in 1992. The majority of the collection consists of photographs of political subjects such as Utah and national political figures, the reconstruction of Germany after World War II, and the Nuremberg war crimes trials. The collection is unprocessed as of September 1996; see the Multimedia Archivist for access information.

Twenty-four hour advanced notice encouraged. Materials must be used on-site. Access to parts of this collection may be restricted under provisions of state or federal law.
