Boxes 1 and 2 contain a three-volume overview of his life and ancestry, the Autobiography of Melvin A. Cook. Box 3 contains documents that provide an overview of specific aspects of Cook's life. Folders 1-6 contain documents compiled by Cook summarizing his Creationist correspondence, travel, and academic career. Folders 7-13 and folder 19 contain documents related to Cook's interest in both the theory and practical aspects of explosives. Folders 14-18 and 20-25 contain materials related to Cook's interest in the relationship between science and religion.
