Card as construction superintendents of the Manti and Logan temples, respectively; a discussion of Indian land problems and new migrations to Little Colorado settlements in Arizona; and a letter to missionaries in New Mexico urging caution in dealing with the Apaches and announcing plans for the new Salt Lake Tabernacle.
