Much of the correspondence here has to do with settling the problem of the ownership of Bennett Motor Co? Complex meaning Bennett Ford, National Car Rental and Bennett Leasing. The solution seemingly agreed to is that the Bennett Association would assume ownership of these companies by buying out the equities of others such as Grace Warner.
