Scope and Contents

From the Collection: The Aloysius S. Church restaurant review video collection (1979-1983) consists of recordings 1-2 minute snapshots of restaurants in Salt Lake City and throughout the state of Utah. The reviews were broadcast on KUTV Channel 2's PM Magazine Utah. The collection also contains footage of other non-restaurant PM Magazine features to which Church contributed. Stories are identififed by the name of the restaurant reviewed. All materials have been digitized and are available to view on DVD.

Materials must be used on-site; no use of original material, access copies will be made available for viewing. Five business days advanced notice required. Access to parts of this collection may be restricted under provisions of state or federal law, condition of the material, or by donor.
