From the Collection: The Grover Vernon McCracken photograph collection contains 291 black-and-white photographs depicting McCracken's family and friends and his military service in the 84th Naval Construction Battalion (Seabees) during World War II, including pictures of construction, buildings, aircraft, and the people, places, and battles in the Philippines and Japan. The collection spans about 1930 through the 1940s.
