Documents concerned with the impeachment of President Richard Nixon are in folder 24, those concerned with statehood for the District of Columbia are in folder 25, those concerned with drug issues are in folders 26-27, and those discussing the Persian Gulf War of 1989-91 are in folder 28. Material on the issue of tobacco smoking are in folder 29. Folders 30-32 contain court documents found in the collection that do not involve any civil liberties issues.
