- Photograph number 2: Lottie Campbell (sister of Sylvester Perkins and Mary Ann James).
- Photograph number 3: Mary Ann Perkins James, black pioneer (sister of Sylvester Perkins and wife of Sylvester James. Sylvester was a member of the Nauvoo Legion and the son of Jane Manning James.)
- Photograph number 4: Martha J. Perkins Howell (left-granddaughter of Green Flake); Lucinda Flake Stevens (center-mother Martha J. Perkins and Belle Oglesbe and daughter of Green Flake); Belle Oglesbe (right-granddaughter of Green Flake).
