Scope and Contents

From the Collection: The Vince Iturbe photograph collection consists of 1 box containing 568 color slides documenting Iturbe's time serving in the United States Army in Vietnam between 1969 and 1970. The images contain portraits of fellow soldiers and pictures of soldiers in camp, relaxing, and interacting with one another. The collection also contains images of warfare, violence, and dead bodies. Box 2 consists of pages taken from a scrapbook, and it is assumed that those pages remained in the same order after being removed from the book as well as a few loose images related to Vietnam.
