THIS COLLECTION IS RESTRICTED. The Dead Goat Saloon records (1991-2011) contain business records, financial records, legal documents, personnel records, and printed materials related to the business during the early 2000s. The legal documents primarily concern to two legal cases: Colony Insurance Company, Plaintiff vs. The Human Ensemble, LLC. and Property Reserve, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Salt Lake City Municipal Corporation, et al., Defendants. In addition, materials found throughout the records are represented in the Legal Documents series. Note: the files maintained by Daniel Darger contained numerous notes, printed materials, and other content related to the subject matter.
