Series 1: Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). This series consists primarily of materials related to Storms' research on cold fusion during his final years at LAN where he led one of two LANL teams that had success in replicating LENR. Included are clippings, data, memorandums, presentations, and reports related to cold fusion. The contents found in box 5, folders 5-6 are Storms' professional materials, previously contained in a binder, before the discovery of cold fusion. Note: the printouts in this series are related to Storms research at LANL and were produced in 2016.

Series 2: Independent Investigation. This series consist of materials related to Storms' research on cold fusion after his retirement from LANL. During this period, he consulted with LANL and provided testimony to the United States Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation in 1993.
