Biographical Note
Jenks Nelson, as he was popularly known, was a colorful character in Park City, Utah and environs druing the turn of the last century. He participated in mining, prospecting, officiated in prize fights, and even acted as sheriff if needed. After his death in 1954, there was a dispute about his will, the written record of which is contained in this collection.
