Biographical Sketch

Rasmussen (1908-1972) was a Utah Ski Club official, who was raised in Utah. Ecker Hill, a popular spot for ski tournaments, was on Rasmussen's ranch property in Parley's Canyon. Rasmussen created the Junior Amateur Tournament. Rasmussen became the County Recorder for the Democratic Party in Summit County, Utah, in 1930.
