The Elva Acklam Stark scrapbook (1969-1970) consist of new clippings on city beautification in Utah. Clean-up efforts, campaigns, awards, and yard-of-the-month contests are some of the main subjects associated with this beautification.

Biographical Sketch

Elva Stark was very involved in horticulture, beautification, and the environmental movement. She was a former librarian at either the University of Utah or Utah State University.
