Abstract
The Utah Rivers Council records (2000-2001) contain correspondence, email message typescripts, and newsletters. The Utah Rivers Council was started circa 1995 by Zach Frankel. The Utah Rivers Council is a non-profit organization that promotes conservation of Utah rivers. It is community based and creates awareness through tours, river trips, and other methods of community outreach.
