Biographical Note

Jedediah Foss Woolley Jr. (b. 1886) was born in St. George, Utah to Jed F. and Agnes Forsyth Woolley. Woolley was a member of the U.S. Military and National Guard, and graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
