Biographical Note

Aloysius S. Church worked for PM Magazine and Publishing as a restaurant critic both nationally and locally. Church also taught a course at the University of Utah through the Division of Continuing Education (DCE) and he wrote articles and critiques mostly published in the magazine, Utah Holiday.
