Don and Jeanette Wilcox photograph collection
Scope and Contents
The McPherson Ranch was a significant location in southern Uintah County during the early twentieth century. The majority of this collection consists of images of the McPherson Family, with images depicting people in their daily lives, their houses, ranching cattle, and trail riding. There are also many images of various views of central, eastern, and south-eastern Utah, especially around the Green River.
These images were sent to the library digitally (emailed, on CD, flash drive, hard drive). These images are available online. There are copyprints in the folders for acces purposes, and the image files can be requested, but the library did not create the scan and does not have the original images. All descriptions in quotes came directly from the captions written on the original photographs.
