Historical Note
Bill and Nada's cafe once stood at 479 S. 600 East in Salt Lake City, Utah. Famous menu items included the Big Bill sandwich, the orange pancakes and the calf brains and eggs. Opened in 1946 by Bill McHenry and his wife, Nada, the cafe was open ran the 24 hours and was a popular late-night eating establishment. The restaurant closed permanently in 1999.
