He then transferred to the University of Utah and became student body president in 1948. Marked served an LDS mission in Argentina from 1949-1951; this box has numerous letters from his mission. From 1952-1955, Mark attended Harvard University and obtained a Master's of Public Administration and a PhD in Political Economy and Government....
