Boxes 42-43 contain correspondence of a general nature dealing with these three agencies--the Federal Emergency Relief Administration, Civil Works Administration, and Works Progress Administration. Hinckley's position in relief work began in 1930 in the city of Ogden. Later he became a member of Governor George H.
