Scope and Contents From the Collection: The Aloysius S. Church restaurant review video collection (1979-1983) consists of recordings 1-2 minute snapshots of restaurants in Salt Lake City and throughout the state of Utah. The reviews were broadcast on KUTV Channel 2's PM Magazine Utah. The collection also contains footage of other non-restaurant PM Magazine features to which Church contributed.
