Abstract
The history of Nelson Wheeler Whipple and his family consist of a typescript bound volume. Whipple converted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1844 and moved to Nauvoo, Illinois. After fleeing Nauvoo in 1846, Whipple lived in Garden Grove, Iowa until 1850, when he and his family moved to Salt Lake City, Utah.

The Eugene W. Whitaker's KZN radio collection (1922-1975) consists of two folders containing letters and materials documenting the early history of KZN, the first radio broadcast station in Utah. KZN was the first commercial radio station in Utah. It began broadcasting on May 22, 1922 from the roof of the building housing The Deseret News newspaper in Salt Lake City.

Described in the entry is a prophecy purportedly received May 1843, by Joseph Smith. Joseph Smith was a Prophet and the founder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church).
