Thomas Stuart Ferguson papers
The Thomas Stuart Ferguson papers (1875-1983) deal with the archaeology and historicity of the Book of Mormon and other questions concerning Mormon origins. Ferguson was a California attorney who devoted much effort to either prove or disprove the authenticity of the Book of Mormon.
Stan Larson papers
The Stan Larson papers (1842-2011) consist of an interview of Larson, manuscripts, articles, notes, newspaper clippings, conference papers, diaries, correspondence, book reviews, books, and assorted materials. Larson was an associate librarian and curator of manuscripts at the J. Willard Marriott Library, University of Utah. He was also a scholar and writer on topics dealing with the LDS Church.
J. Willard and Alice Sheets Marriott papers
J. Willard and Alice Sheets Marriott formed a business partnership in 1927 that produced one of the twentieth century's most successful hotel and restaurant chains. Not only did they make a lasting impact in the service and hospitality industry, but they left their mark in the political, religious, and academic arenas as well. Their papers range in date from the 1920s to the 1980s and have been divided into nine sections.
