This collection contains the professional and personal history of L. Jackson Newell. Many of these items contain interviews between Newell and his collegues at the University of Utah and Deep Spring Colleges.

Abstract The L. Jackson Newell papers (1860-2015) are comprised of materials which are divided into two sections, one relating to his personal and professional life and the other concerning his long association with Deep Springs College (DSC).
