Abstract The Louis Marcus papers (1902-1939) are a collection of documents from specific events in the life of Louis Marcus (1880-1936), his wife Gertrude (d. 1955), and their son, L. Howard Marcus (1919-1984). They include Louis Marcus' personal diary, and scrapbooks from his tenure as mayor of Salt Lake City in the 1930s.
