The John A. Dixon papers (1930-1994) contain correspondence, notes and notebooks, copies of publications, clippings, and miscellaneous personal materials. John A. Dixon served as dean of the University of Utah College of Medicine.

The G. Homer Durham papers (1850s-1985) contain materials resulting from Durham's (1911-1985) family relationships, his public duties in education, and his membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS). Included is correspondence, writings by Durham and others, biographical information, event programs, diplomas, birth and marriage certificates, awards, notes, news clippings, estate records, meeting minutes, artwork, scrapbooks, journals, and publications.

The Charles Eggert papers (1904-2000) consists of correspondence, diaries, production notes, film scripts, financial records, research materials, pamphlets, publicity materials, press releases, magazine articles, and news clippings. Eggert is a photographer and independent filmmaker. He produced films documenting trips on the Green and Colorado Rivers before the construction of the Flaming Gorge and Glen Canyon Dams.

The Edwin Evans papers (1860-1946) consist of correspondence, biographies, newspaper clippings, notes, and pictures of artwork created by Evans.

The William Adam Farish papers (1893-1917) contains materials relating to this mining engineer's prospecting career in Utah, Nevada, and surrounding states. William Adam Farish (b. 1843) was born in Tennessee but spent most of his life working and prospecting mines of the western United States.

The Thomas Stuart Ferguson papers (1875-1983) deal with the archaeology and historicity of the Book of Mormon and other questions concerning Mormon origins. Ferguson was a California attorney who devoted much effort to either prove or disprove the authenticity of the Book of Mormon.

The Edwin Brown Firmage papers (1780-2014) consist of speeches, essays, articles, book drafts, notes, correspondence, news letters, pamphlets, and reports, among other papers, surrounding Firmage's vast interests. Firmage is a former professor of international and constitutional law at the University of Utah.

The Royal Lovell Garff papers (1914-1996) contain journals, correspondence, scrapbooks, convention materials, articles, speeches, notes, notebooks, certificates, financial materials, pamphlets, speech cards, booklets, magazine excerpts, books, and news clippings, among other materials, that Royal Lovell Garff (1904-1994) used during his career as a teacher and public speaker.

The Kathryn Hain papers (1990-2017) consist of personal and professional material related to Kathryn Hain (b. 1957), who earned a Ph.D. from the University of Utah in the Department of Humanities, College of History. The papers include clippings, correspondence, a dissertation, ephemera, essays, financial records, job applications, notes, research and teaching material.

The David Hanscom papers (1961-2008) contain materials and notes on the Wasatch Tours series which Hanscom co-authored. This collection also contains Olympic race materials, correspondence, Olympic Feasibility Committee materials, notes, Wasatch Citizens series materials, Utah Nordic Alliance newsletters and event materials, venue information, and ski posters and flyers.

The B. Carmon Hardy papers consist of his writings and research materials regarding American history and Mormon polygamy. Hardy was a professor of history at California State University, Fullerton.

The Mervin B. Hogan papers (1833-1996) consist of materials relating mainly to Mormonism and Freemasonry, although some engineering papers are also present. Correspondence, writings, articles, newsletters, pamphlets, notes, and research materials are included. Items dating from the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries are copies.

The Ronald L. Holt papers (1860-1994) consist of the papers Holt used in writing his dissertation, entitled Beneath These Red Cliffs: An Ethnohistory of the Utah Paiutes, and its subsequent publication in 1992. Primary and secondary source materials are included.

The Steven E. Jones papers (1983-1992) consist of materials resulting from Jones' research interests in cold fusion and the physics field in general. Included are correspondence, notes, and writings.

The Leonard H. Kirkpatrick papers (1852-1950) contain Kirkpatrick's writings on Utah's past and libraries throughout the state of Utah. Leonard H. Kirkpatrick was hired on as the head librarian of the Thomas Library at the University of Utah in 1941 and was an avid promoter of the University of Utah Library. He assisted in making the library an important research institution.
