Ernest L. Poulson papers
The Ernest L. Poulson papers (1891-1985) include an autobiography; research material (including correspondence, interviews, notes, and news clippings) on the Deseret Live Stock Company; and other short biographies and articles on land management in Utah, Farmers' State Bank (in Bountiful, Utah), and live stock. Audio cassettes contain interviews with Sterling S. McMurrin, Grace Kerr, and Irvin J. Cox.
Kenneth R. Prentiss papers
The Kenneth R. Prentiss papers (1947-1970) contain correspondence, publications, reports, notes, and notebooks, mostly dealing with Prentiss's work in mechanical engineering on ventilating systems and water boiler systems for airplanes. Prentiss graduated from Purdue University with bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering. During World War II, he served in the United States Army Air Corps, and later worked in the aerospace industry.
Alton F. Richards papers
The Alton F. Richards papers (1839-1994) contains correspondence, family papers, teaching materials, church records, financial records, clippings and notes relating to the life of Alton Richards. Included are correspondence of his father, Ianthus P. Richards, and grandfather, Samuel W. Richards. Alton F. Richards was a mathematics teacher in the Ogden, Utah public schools. He also served as a bishop in the LDS Church during the 1940s.

Benjamin Morgan Roberts papers
The Benjamin Morgan Roberts papers (1841-2002) consist of a homestead certificate signed by President James A. Garfield, Nauvoo House Association stock share notes, a Provo Volunteer Hose and Engine Co. note to his son-in-law, James Farrer, a biography, post cards, photocopied photographs, and news clippings. Roberts was a private in Company D of the Mormon Battalion under the command of Capt. Nelson Higgins.

The Ernest H. Runyon papers (1884-1999) contain journals, correspondence, articles, publications, charts, notebooks, notes, research materials, conference materials, pamphlets, programs, and news clippings, mostly relating to Runyon's research on mycobacteria and tuberculosis. Runyon was a research microbiologist, specializing in tuberculosis related bacteria.
Salamander collection
The Salamander collection (1829-2000) consist of interview notes, news clippings, publications, investigative information, and other materials used by Linda Sillitoe and Allen Roberts in their book Salamander: The Story of the Mormon Forgery Murders, a book about the 1985 bombing deaths of two Salt Lake City residents.

Malcolm O. Sillars papers
The Malcolm O. Sillars papers (1894-2005) consist of research notes, syllabi, lectures, tests, and student papers on various topics while he was teaching at universities. Malcolm O. Sillars taught at Iowa State University, California State University, the University of Massachusetts, and the University of Utah. At the University of Utah he served as Dean of the College of Humanities (1974-1981) and as Chair of the Dept. of Communication (1986-1989).
Sheri Slaughter Utah pottery collection
The Sheri Slaughter Utah pottery collection (1858-2001) contains photocopies of articles and notes relating to the history of pottery in Utah, and a daily account book (1866-1888) and ledger (1881-1893) from the Eardley Brothers Pottery Company. Sheri Slaughter was a student and connoisseur of Utah pottery, and she collected this material as part of her interest in that subject.

The Ted Curtis Smythe papers (1830-2008) contains articles, notes, course materials, organization information, and journalism materials. Smythe is Professor Emeritus of Communications at California State University, Fullerton. He is co-editor of "Readings in mass communication" and numerous scholarly articles in journalism history.
Ike Spencer scrapbook
The Ike Spencer scrapbook (1972-1973) consists of news clippings, photographs and handwritten notes regarding Spencer's football career as a running back for the University of Utah.
